Question 1

What is SlamBack?

Accepted Answer

SlamBack is an online friendship book inspired by the classic slam books and school friendship books of the 1990s. You create a book, select or write questions, share a private link with friends, and collect their returned handwritten pages in your digital keepsake.

Question 2

Do my friends need to create an account to answer?

Accepted Answer

No. When you share your SlamBack link, friends open it directly in their mobile or desktop browser, confirm their 18+ age eligibility, write their answers, and send their page. There is no mandatory account creation or password required for guests.

Question 3

Can I choose my own questions in SlamBack?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can select friendship questions from our Question Library across categories like Classic Friendship and Late Night Memories, or you can write your own questions that fit your circle.

Question 4

What are Returned Pages?

Accepted Answer

Returned Pages are the completed entries your friends write and send back into your book. Each returned page preserves your friend's answers, nickname, and personal note.

Question 5

Is SlamBack free to start?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every new book owner receives First Five! (5 free Returned Pages) after completing the 18+ self-declaration. You can invite your closest friends and collect their pages right away.

Question 6

Can I purchase more Returned Pages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can add one-time packs like The Friend Circle (+25 Returned Pages for ₹499) or The Whole Gang (+50 Returned Pages for ₹899) whenever you want to invite more friends. These are one-time additions credited directly to your book, with no recurring monthly subscriptions.

Question 7

What is FLAMES and how does it work in SlamBack?

Accepted Answer

FLAMES is the nostalgic schoolyard game (Friends, Lovers, Affection, Marriage, Enemy, Siblings) that students played on notebook margins. SlamBack includes the classic game as a playful, optional tradition connecting friends in its supported application flow.

Question 8

Is my SlamBack a public social feed?

Accepted Answer

No. SlamBack is designed for personal keepsakes rather than public broadcast feeds. Your book belongs to you, and pages and answers are kept privately in your book without public like counts or follower metrics.

Question 9

Can I reopen and revisit my pages later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can reopen your SlamBack at any time, flip through individual friend pages, and reread their answers and memories whenever you want.

Question 10

What is your refund policy on page packs?

Accepted Answer

The formal refund and cancellation policy for digital Returned Pages packs is undergoing final review with legal counsel and our chartered accountant prior to commercial launch. In all cases, for billing discrepancies, duplicate charges, or technical delivery issues, our support desk is directly reachable at support@slamback.me.

Question 11

How do I contact customer support?

Accepted Answer

You can email the SlamBack team directly at support@slamback.me for help with your book, questions, or account assistance.
