The finalized SlamBack Terms of Service will appear on this page before public launch. Scope and required legal provisions submitted for counsel sign-off:

• 18+ owner participation: Account owners self-declare age eligibility before creating books.
• 18+ guest participation: Anonymous guests self-declare 18+ eligibility before entering or sending answers.
• Self-declaration standard: Eligibility is established via active confirmation; no claim of third-party identity verification.
• No DOB collection: SlamBack does not collect date of birth or identity documents for the age eligibility checkpoint (Google People / birthday API is not used).
• Account & guest eligibility state: Rights, responsibilities, and audit states under self-declared eligibility.
• Digital pack terms: Non-refundable digital page pack purchase terms and support exception guidelines.
• Content responsibility & community standards: User conduct, prohibited content, and private archive boundaries.
• Privacy-request handling & international users: Disclaimers, dispute resolution, and cross-border service terms.
